As a Quality Assurance Test Manager, you optimize and control our quality assurance test process. You lead , coach, and inspire a global team of quality assurance test engineers. You manage the development and safeguard the quality standards, test strategy definition , guidelines, and test approaches . You are responsible for: Designing, implementing, and monitoring reliable release test plans in close collaboration with our product development managers. Following up on all steps from the initial scope negotiation with the Project Manager and (agile)development process to the implementation of test strategy, test plan, testing, and quality assurance. Evaluating the test and continuous improvement processes. Delegating to our test experts and senior test engineers, but, when necessary, you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty. Reporting about testing, testing projects, and testing program activities. Participating in tooling selection and supporting their implementation. Encouraging team members to share feedback and ideas and empowering them to realize their targets and push continuous improvement. Facilitating and coordinating cross-team collaboration with development teams, but also with ICT, Cloud, Security, Documentation, and Customer Services teams. Ensuring all priorities are met and all stakeholders are kept informed about progress. Reporting to Executive Management about challenges with respect to the quality of our products and team management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
