As a Quality Assurance Test Manager, you optimize and control our quality assurance test process. You lead, coach, and inspire a global team of quality assurance test engineers. You manage the development and safeguard the quality standards, test strategy definition, guidelines, and test approaches.

You are responsible for:

- Designing, implementing, and monitoring reliable release test plans in close collaboration with our product development managers.
- Following up on all stepsfrom the initial scope negotiation with the Project Manager and (agile)development process to the implementation of test strategy, test plan, testing, and quality assurance.
- Evaluating the test and continuous improvement processes.
- Delegatingto our test experts and senior test engineers, but, when necessary, you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Reporting about testing, testing projects, and testing program activities.
- Participating in tooling selection and supporting their implementation.
- Encouraging team membersto share feedback and ideas and empowering them to realize their targets and push continuous improvement.
- Facilitating and coordinating cross-team collaboration with development teams, but also with ICT, Cloud, Security, Documentation, and Customer Services teams.
- Ensuring all priorities are met and all stakeholders are kept informed about progress.
- Reporting to Executive Management about challenges with respect to the quality of our products and team management.
