Quality Assurance

**What are we looking for?** We are looking for a Quality Assurance to contribute to our DevSecOps as well as digital capabilities and frameworks strategy by engaging organization on agile culture within the company and developing test automation solutions to be used in the digital products of Zurich, providing to teams agility and autonomy, reducing the time 2 market and reinforcing best practices. Your day to day will consist of: - Interpret, comply with and develop the company's quality assurance standards - Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards in the organization including all the QA related activities across all the Product development stages. - Define and implement quality assurance processes and practices beyond the testing/bug testing activities including documentation, standards, methodologies and process improvement. - Enforcing quality assurance practice among all product developments, guiding all QA team members on standards, processes and implementation. - Conduct audits and keep reports to document all quality assurance activities. - Develop new standards and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines. - Collaborate with other business units to understand how automation can improve workflow. - Developing testing plans, creating risk mitigation strategies, and liaising with the product team in suggesting process improvements. - Define and implement QA strategy based on industry standards, market trends and best practices. - Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas. - Identify opportunities for automation within software processes. - Identify bugs and quality issues in development, service or business processes. **What do we need?** - Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar field. - 4 or more years of experience in QA automation. - Proficiency with Automation testing frameworks such as: WebdriverIO, Cucumber, Appium. - QA Lead with experience on defining and implementing QA strategy on an organization.
