**Descripción**:
**_ Key Responsibilities:_**

Design, implement, and manage the DevOps strategy for the Salesforce project, including:

- CI/CD workflow (version control and automated deployments)
- Sandbox management
- Documenting releases and overseeing developer workflows
- Collaborate with QA, Tech Leads, Senior Developers, and Architects to ensure smooth delivery to Salesforce environments
- Create and implement scripts using Salesforce Metadata API and SFDX
- Refine and articulate technical user stories, providing clear technical solutions for project requirements
- Support the Tech Lead by ensuring adherence to best practices, offering mentorship, and conducting code reviews
- Author technical design documents in collaboration with Tech Leads, ensuring design patterns are followed
- Take ownership of the development workflow and communicate it effectively to the development team

**Requisitos**:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Proven experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in CI/CD technologies, version control (Git), Salesforce Metadata API, and SFDX
- Extensive knowledge of large-scale system integration using SOAP, REST, Streaming APIs (including Lightning Events), and Metadata APIs
- Exceptional technical documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with administrative/support tasks or roles related to Software Engineering, Big Data, BI, and Data Visualization development is highly valued.
