**Your role**

We’re looking for a passionate wordsmith with great attention to detail who can work with our Marketing team to deliver an impactful multi-channel content strategy and editorial plan. In this role, you would get to be part of the team that is building Juni’s content strategy from scratch. You’re creative, with the ability to execute as well as bring new copy and content ideas to the table. You’re excited to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver best-in-class content.

**Your responsibilities**

In this role you’ll:

- Be our editorial mastermind, ensuring our content is of the highest quality - clear, insightful, valuable, authentic copy with consistency, bringing our brand to life through engaging content.
- Develop and execute on our content strategy.
- Liaise with our content agency and freelancers to deliver high impact content.
- Be our quality controller and be responsible for proofreading, editing spelling and grammar etc, across all content.
- Coordinate planning and production of content with relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality content for Juni’s channels with the aim of attracting and retaining customers - ranging from whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, thought-leadership pieces and so on.

Within 1 month you'll:

- Get to know your team, Juni, and implement the tools you need to execute on your work.
- Have launched your first piece of content and own the content project management.
- Set relevant KPIs and lead effective processes that enable us to run a smooth content machine.

Within 3 months you'll:

- Have our content engine in full swing, delivering high quality content, with fresh new ideas and formats across multiple channels and markets.
- Have at least one big win in your domain to be proud of with tangible results.

Within 6 months you'll:

- Continuously deliver impactful content, achieving your vision and smashing your goals.
- Clearly showcase the value of our content strategy through marketing influenced revenue and lead gen results.

**Your qualifications**

What we need to see:

- To succeed in this role, you will have 3-5 years of awesome experience in developing and editing content, either at an agency or in-house.
- You're either an English native or have long experience in producing content in English.
- You have excellent grammar, writing and editing skills.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects at once in an ever-changing environment, while maintaining high quality.
- You have previous experience in creating - as well as a deep understanding of - B2B content.

What we’d love to see:

- Both agency and in-house work experience is a plus. So is an understanding of the ecommerce landscape.
- You have a relevant degree or diploma.
- You speak one or more languages.
- You have experience in localising content across multiple markets and channels.
- A portfolio/examples of your work.
