WordPress Content Manager

We're a digital magazine published in four languages, we are looking for an experienced WordPress Content Manager / Editor to implement, design, and publish already written articles, to support our editorial team on a freelance basis.
Your responsibilities
- Upload and format finished articles on WordPress
- Design and structure posts for clarity, layout, and readability
- Research, select, and integrate suitable images
- Insert and verify all internal and external links
- Manage and maintain content across all language versions
- Perform thorough fact-checking (names, locations, dates, brands, links, and references) across all versions
- Final quality control before publication
Your profile
- Proven experience working with WordPress (editorial or magazine-style websites preferred)
- Confident handling of WPML or comparable multilingual setups
- Strong sense for design, typography, and editorial layout
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Editorial mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus (German, Italian, Spanish)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
