**# What you'll do**:
The Sales Director at Apartool is a critical role, focusing on commercial engagement with suppliers around the world and leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include strategy development, performance management, supplier negotiation, and automation-driven process improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing Apartool at industry events are also key aspects of the role. Ideal for a results-oriented leader committed to driving growth in our marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**
**Commercial Strategy Development**: Develop and refine the supplier acquisition and retention strategy to strengthen Apartool's market position.

**2. Supplier Negotiation**:Lead negotiations with new and existing suppliers to secure favorable terms, competitive pricing, and optimal inventory availability.

**3.**
**Account Management**: Oversee and cultivate relationships with major supplier accounts, ensuring they receive outstanding service and remain satisfied with our partnership.

**4. Team Leadership**:Manage and mentor a dedicated supply team, providing guidance, training, and support to enable them to achieve their targets and foster their professional growth.

**5. Performance Management**: Define clear KPIs and OKRs for the team, continuously monitoring their progress and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Regularly analyze supplier acquisition and retention metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.

**6. Process Improvement and Automation**:Identify and implement process enhancements, leveraging automation and technology, to streamline supplier management, booking processes, and supplier experiences.

**7. Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Booking, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and others, to ensure alignment and cooperation in achieving company-wide objectives.

**8. Public Relations (PR)**: Act as the representative of Apartool at industry events and global conferences to attract new suppliers and sustain strong relationships with existing partners.

**# How we imagine you**:

- You have 5 years previous experience in B2B sales, Account Management and managing a team
- Experience in market places and/or start-ups will be a plus
- You have excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Advanced level of other languages is an asset for our expansion plans.
- Expertise in strategy development, performance management, client/supplier negotiation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
