Empresa del sector têxtil en pleno crecimiento, precisa incorporar un/a Customer Service B2B.
**_Funciones_**:
En dependencia de la Dirección de Operaciones se RESPONSABILIZARÁ de las cuentas digitales de los clientes que disponen de e-commerce, gestionando marketplaces como Amazon, Zalandoo y similares. Además, gestionará también el mercado francés, tanto en venta online como por canal tradicional.
Funciones:
- Gestión de las plataformas de los clientes. Introducción de información y productos, descarga de pedidos, etc.
- Enlace entre los clientes del canal digital con el resto de la compañía.
- Valoración de los pedidos para priorizar la ejecución de cada uno de ellos.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos de la empresa como compras, almacén, etc para la ejecución de los pedidos de clientes en tiempo y forma establecidos.
- Gestión de devoluciones y reclamaciones
- Contacto directo con los clientes y plataformas de Marketplace
- Coordinación con el almacén para una eficiente salida de la mercancía
- Control de inventario y stock
- Asesoramiento a los clientes de productos, pedidos y envíos

Requisitos_**:
- Grado o Licenciatura en ADE, negocios internacionales o similar.
- Imprescindible dominio de MS Excel
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en operaciones, logística y/o atención al cliente preferiblemente en B2B.
- Experiência en gestión de pedidos, datos de productos y atención al cliente
- Se valorará muy positivamente experiência en el sector têxtil o en logística
- Imprescindible francés nível alto/nativo e inglés nível medio
