At our restaurant, we take pride in crafting exceptional dishes from scratch, using only the finest local and fresh ingredients. Our culinary approach includes:
House-made cheese
Cured meats
Fermentations
Kombucha
Dry-aged meats
Tasks
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency
- Assist in recipe development with a creative touch, contributing to menu items
- Work with fermentations, dry-aging, and house-made products, following kitchen guidelines
- Uphold kitchen standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality control standards to guarantee top-quality food output
**Requirements**:
Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus, Michelin-star background is even better)
A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking
Team player mentality - we thrive on collaboration

Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
Attention to detail & consistency in execution
