**ATOM Introduction**

Additive Manufacturing (AdM) is the most rapidly growing and highest-value market segment of the global powder metallurgy industry.

ArcelorMittal has recently decided to enter the market of ferrous powders for additive manufacturing. With the ATOM project, ArcelorMittal will build an industrial scale powder atomisation facility and establish a specific stand-alone business unit to commercialise the production.

The IT Lead, Digital Marketing and Online Sales Manager, reporting directly to the unit’s CMO, will play a vital role in developing and executing our online marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness. Additionally, they will oversee and manage the company’s IT requirements in general, bringing technical professionalism and “geeky” passion to the role.

This position will be based in the Asturias region of Spain.

**Your Role**
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage the company's online reputation and ensure that our systems create positive and professional interactions with our customers.
- Manage the online sales process, develop online sales and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and execute tactics to reach prospects and collect commercial leads.
- Oversee/maintain the business’ web presence, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers and our business.
- Be the key user of our ERP system, supporting its ramp-up as well as the staff using the system.
- Collaborate with internal resources and external vendors to ensure that all hardware, software, and network issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner, to deliver the processes they are designed for.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in (digital) marketing, business, IT, or relevant related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and sales management.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience managing a web portal and e-shop, including development, maintenance, optimization, and online sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and oral English communication skills. Other language skills a plus.
