The Supply Chain and Logistics team is vital in ensuring a robust, efficient infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global connection. They provide planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimize their operational efficiency. About the Role We are looking for talented individuals to join Europe Logistics Operations team as a project intern. Project intern opportunities at TikTok aim to offer industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance ) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets; - To support carrier operations weekly business review; - To support solving operational issues between couriers and merchants; - Prepare ah-doc reports on metrics, etc.; - Help with peak season preparations (forecasting, confirm couriers capacity, etc.). **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree at university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in Spain, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis; - Data analysis and explaining ideas clearly; - Interpersonal and communication skills; - Fluent in Spanish and English. Preferred Qualifications: - Preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field; - Speaking one of those languages is a plus: Italian or French; - Passion to learn about logistics operations.
