As **Global Finance Process Optimization Analyst** you will be primarily responsible to support the global finance business process optimization / standardization, to cover finance resource gaps and actively participate in global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Active participation on global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance)
- Global finance process optimization and standardization
- Support finance resource gaps
- Develop and implement process metrics
- Design and implement dashboards
- Implementation of new technologies and ways of working
- Drive process and organization change
- Present to process partners reports on the progress as well as problems and solutions
- Ensure that the finance innovation driven projects deliver the committed goals

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- At least 5 years of proven learning experience on finance optimization
- 3 years of learning experience in a project team and BPI environment
- Outstanding PC skills (MS Office including Power pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP)
- Outstanding interpersonal and strong communication
- Good customer service skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficient English
- Focus on detail
- Problem solving

**Desired qualifications**:

- Experienced in developing successful methods of collaboration among global clients and coworkers
- Knowledge in SAP (FI-CO) and SAP Central Finance is a plus
- Knowledge in Oracle Financials would be a plus
- Proficient knowledge of other language rather than English would be an advantage
