As **Global Junior Finance Process Optimization Analyst** you will be primarily responsible to support the global finance business process optimization / standardization, to cover finance resource gaps and actively participate in global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance). It requires interest on continuous improvement, project management, new technologies and ways of working and willingness to inspire change

**Key Responsibilities**
- Active participation on global projects (S4 Hana and Central Finance)
- Global finance process optimization and standardization
- Develop and implement process metrics
- Design and implement dashboards
- Implementation of new technologies and ways of working
- Drive process and organization change
- Present to process partners reports on the progress as well as problems and solutions
- Ensure that the finance innovation driven projects deliver the committed goals

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- Advance knowledge of English language
- Proficient PC skills (MS Office including Power pivot, Power BI, Oracle/SAP)
- A strong teammate with the ability to learn and work independently
- Strong communication and outstanding interpersonal
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Focus on detail
- Proficient knowledge of other language rather than English is a plus
