**ROLE PURPOSE**

The FP&A Analyst a newly created position under the direction of Senior FP&A analyst. This person will be supporting Supporting the Finance Department with financial model building, data analysis, product margin analysis and improving budgeting process.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Update and validate budgeting model, financial projections, and operating forecast.
- Analyse the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics.
- Performing plan/fact analysis, stress-testing, scenario analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
- Vintage and unit economics modelling and analysis.
- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.
- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.

**Knowledge & Skills**

Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Spanish.

Strong financial modelling skills.

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and planning skills to successfully manage multiple, simultaneous projects.

Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.

Willingness to learn, change status quo, and not take No for an answer.

Knowledge of the SQL language is an advantage.

Able to work effectively as a business partner with various stakeholders.

**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance.

**Experience Target**:
Desirable 2-3 Financial Services experience including FP&A and its link to IFRS.

Experience supporting Risk teams is a plus.
