**Job Purpose**:
Currently seeking a Finance partner supporting the FP&A EMEA leadership. The person will take care of providing valuable support for defining, implementing strategic financial focus, and evaluating financial results reporting directly to the FP&A EMEA Director. FP&A Analyst will take care also of supporting other key members of the Finance organization and Business leaders.

Key duties include the development, support in the implementation, and monitoring of various reports within Excel and Hyperion and also providing support in the preparation of standardized analytical reports, such as sales, margin, and cost analysis.

In respect of reporting responsibilities, the focus of the FP&A Analyst will be on small companies / Business that can be handled independently in consideration of their size. Another responsibility will be supporting Finance and Tax Functions within the ICO Regional Recharges process.

**Monthly and Quarterly Reporting Responsibilities**:

- For entities under scope coordinate the month-end close with the accounting department, review the output and provide financial insight, analysis, and commentary on the performance of the business
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the monthly cash flow forecasts for entities under the scope. Provide support on the analysis between projections against actual flows.
- Calculation of Bonus, based on guidance from Corporate
- Provide support on managing and measuring the sales compensation
- Rebate accruals
- Understand key drivers impacting Product Lines and spending cost centers
- Understand and evaluate drivers of variance to Budget / Forecast

**Financial reports and analysis**:

- Prepare ad hoc regional reporting requests with a focus on delivering insights and value to add
- CAPEX Analysis
- Working Capital analysis
- Weekly Sales Analysis
- Ad hoc support as determined by other stakeholders

**Budgeting and Forecasting Responsibilities**:

- Manage the annual Budget / Quarterly Forecast process for entities under scope from the bottoms up sales and margin process to departmental cost center budgeting. Support the other FP&A team members, in Budget / Quarterly Forecast preparation
- Analysis of information
- Summarization of key trends

**Other responsibilities**:

- Provide timely reporting to Management
- EMEA ICO Recharges monitoring support
- Perform special duties as requested by management

**Requirements**:

- Analytical: Collects and researches data; Designs workflows and procedures; Understanding and familiarity with various financial statement preparations
- Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and implement changes quickly and accurately
- Ability to work under time pressure

- Result Focused and Cost Consciousness
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience in finance or accounting
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise (HFM, Planning and Essbase) is beneficial
- SAP/ JD Edwards systems would be an advantage
- Experience in the chemical manufacturing industry a plus
