El Network Manager es la persona encargada de manejar la red de Punto Pack en su área geográfica, de forma total, altas, bajas, onboardings y gestiones del día a día, asegurando la calidad de la red, así como la satisfacción de la misma. En este caso estamos hablando de la provincia de Barcelona.

**¿Qué responsabilidades y objetivos tendrás?**
- Aprobar todos los deals firmados por los Lead Acquisition Specialist, respecto a la ubicación, potencialidad y características propias del negocio a incluir en la red.
- Realizar el onboarding de todos los nuevos puntos que se adhieren a la red, para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
- Gestionar las incidencias durante las primeras semanas de actividad de los nuevos puntos.
- Prevenir aumento de churn en su red, intentando siempre optimizar el funcionamiento de sus puntos.
- Gestionar bajas de la red, haciendo un cierre de funciones del punto de acuerdo a proceso. Así como reponer dicho punto, para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente final, teniendo un Punto Pack en la misma zona.
- Encontrar potenciales negocios en su zona, que no hayan sido identificados por los Lead Acquisition Specialist.
- Account Management trimestral de sus puntos, mediante visitas físicas, llamadas telefónicas o videollamadas, asegurando un buen nível de satisfacción de la red.
- Establecer las iniciativas estratégicas necesarias, para seguir innovando u optimizando procesos actuales y mejorar la satisfacción y eficiencia de la red de Punto Pack.
- Cumplir con los reportes establecidos por su Área Manager.
- Adquisición de puntos APM (lockers) en la zona asignada en caso de ver potencialidad o ser requerido por Strategy.

**Bueno, ¿Y cuáles serán los requisitos?**
- _3 o más años en un puesto similar al ofertado._
- _Manejo de CRM (_Pipedrive, Hubspot o Salesforce) alto.
- Manejo de Paquete Office alto.
- Carnet de conducir válido en España.
- Titulación Universitaria preferente.
- Ingles B2.
- Habilidades comerciales y de comunicación.
- Gran constructor de relaciones.
- Seguimiento de procesos establecidos y feedback de mejoras por los canales correctos.
- Orientado al cliente y a resultados.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación.
- Capacidad para priorizar y organizar su trabajo en entornos multitarea.
