**Your Work-life Opportunity**
We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Product Manager who will take on the challenge of building and leading our Product Team from scratch. If you are an entrepreneurial person, who has experience guiding cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share, this opportunity is for you
**A day in your life working at our Product team**
- Help define the short and long-term roadmap for the Rand product, basing it on data and aligning it to our corporate strategy
- Promote user research and implement the best practices for it
- Set product requirements by deeply understanding our customers' needs, speaking directly to our end-users and listening to customer feedback
- Coordinate and communicate decision-making processes with all stakeholders, including the developers, with a clear vision of the short-term future, and what matters most and needs to be done
- Define and articulate the Rand user experience (UX), taking technical constraints into account
- Define the lean approach and the intermediate MVP steps to achieve the best results
- Work with the development and design team to divide features in tasks, estimate them and prioritize to optimize the workflow and manage the success of the sprints
- For each sprint: formulate clear and understandable product objectives, create clear and comprehensive user stories and make sure the backlog is prepared
- Coordinate product/feature releases with the internal teams, and ensure new features and releases are communicated to customers
- Challenge the roadmap to ensure that everything planned creates value for the business and for our customers, based on solid research and evidence
**You’ll rock at this role if**
YOU HAVE
- A proven track record of 3+ years as a Product Manager at an Internet-based company
- Engineering experience or technically savvy
- Excellent communication skills: listening, understanding and persuading
- Capable of working with a dynamic product that is ever-changing and evolving rapidly
- Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product ecosystem
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Fluent English
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in the Content or SaaS Industry (apps, platforms,..) would be very beneficial.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience in A/B testing at scale and Data Analytics
