Reporting to the OTC Manager, this position will oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections teams EMEA This role will work closely with all departments within CRITEO to provide quality service to internal and external customers and will properly manage all functions in accordance with Corporate Accounting practices and generally accepted accounting principles. Leads and directs a team of AR/Billing and Collections members: responsible for performance management of directs reports and the coordination and review the work of the team. Working with A/R, Billing and Collections EMEA staff to generate all invoices efficiently, collecting past due Accounts receivable balances, and supervising billing and collections staff are key aspects of this position. **POSITION FUNCTIONS: Billing & Collection Manager EMEA** **Your responsibilities**: Understand all Billing and Collection processes and help resolve exceptions (Be to Be) Organize and drive weekly meetings with Team Leaders. In collaboration with Team Leaders, allocate resources efficiently. In coordination with the Head of OTC and the OTC Management Team, create and implement appropriate methodology and tools for Collection and Billing Analysts to conduct their work in the most efficient manner Work closely with the Management team, the Process Excellence team, and the Operational Process Analysts to define a standard format for SOP Negotiate with TOP Customers to meet their needs while allowing the company to make a profit. To continually re-evaluate the goal setting strategy. Guide and develops team members; participates in team meetings. Identifies training and development opportunities and sets objectives for team and departmental growth. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identify business needs for improvements and work with management to implement appropriate improvements. Manage conflict or disruption to help improve operational performance and employee/customer relations. Track process performance through audits and KPI's tracking Create, maintain a positive and collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to excel in their respective roles. Provide high quality customer support (internal and external): SLAs management Mobilizing and empowering each employee. Actively lead all project management (in project mode, or team project). Excellent planning and project management skills. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** Minimum 8-12 years of experience as Manager in AR/Billing & Collection Department. At least 5 years of experience in personnel management. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proven presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, organization and attention to numerical details and financial information. Highly proactive work ethic, and the ability to adapt to the growth of the organization. Confidence and maturity to enforce company policies. Previous experience with SAP BRIM /ERP - SFDC system.
