We're now expanding and searching for a superstar to support us as **Content and Documentation Intern**.

**About the Role**:
As a Content and Documentation intern, you will be a part of the Global Operations team at GuestReady, which is at the core of our business. We are the front line of guest experience and focus on ensuring smooth on-the-ground operations, as well as providing top-notch service to our guests, at every stage of their journey with GuestReady.

Your main tasks will include:

- Updating and ensuring property listings are complete and up-to-date with all property details.
- Documenting operational processes and tools working instructions in our knowledge base (Notion).
- Helping create training materials with the content we already have in our knowledge base (Notion).
- Communicating with stakeholders in order to gather information from each market and document it properly.

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying for a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Copywriting, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong focus on details, quality and continuous content optimisation.
- Passion for gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Knowledge of French, Portuguese and/or Spanish would be advantageous.
