**Role |**:
We are looking for a Content and Partnerships Intern to join Ukio’s Revenue team. The Revenue team acts as the control tower for business operations, overseeing pricing strategies, apartment distribution across digital platforms, and driving growth across all channels.

As a Content and Partnerships Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the outsourcing team and managing relationships with OTAs. You will help organize and upload apartment content, assist in resolving booking issues and cancellations, and collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Design, Operations, Hospitality, Guest Experience, Revenue, and Finance. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in digital distribution, partnerships, problem-solving, and hospitality, while contributing directly to Ukio’s growth across new markets.

**Responsibilities |**:

- Assist the outsourcing team in organizing and uploading content, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Be a key contact for OTAs, helping resolve booking issues, cancellations, and support tickets.
- Coordinate tasks and workflows for the outsourcing team to keep operations running smoothly.
- Identify and develop new distribution channels in international markets
- Monitor platform performance, review content quality, and suggest improvements to optimize operations.

**About you |**:

- You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of German, Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver with a strong eagerness to learn.
- You can effectively manage multiple tasks and adapt to tight deadlines.
- You are proactive, curious, and take initiative to drive projects forward.
- You are flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
