We are looking for a Groups Agent to reinforce our team in Santa Susanna. As a Groups Agent you will be responsible for coordinating groups/events, as well as organizing and following up on events.

**Responsabilities**:

- Plan and create tailor-made offers.
- Create standard pricing tables for excursions and transfers.
- Prepare and send detailed proposals and power point presentations to clients.
- Negotiating prices with suppliers.
- Securing and booking accommodation, transportation, venues, activities, etc.
- Providing detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.
- Organization and implementation of tour groups, incentives, meetings and events.
- Follow up events before, during and after with the client directly.
- Contact with Travel Agencies, OTA’S, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
- Degree in Tourism or similar.
- High English level (German would be a plus).
- Highly valuable specific training in Event and Groups Management.
- Highly valuable experience in big events.
