**Job Purpose**: The travel agent will make **professional, accurate, cost effective** travel arrangements for TD SYNNEX, within company guidelines and standards, delivering excellent customer service to all **European countries.** **Key Responsibilities**: - Coordinate and book **European meetings and events** in line with company guidelines. - ** Arrange travel**(flights, hotels, cars, ground transport) using preferred vendors to optimize costs. - Ensure **accuracy in ticketing, invoicing, and reporting**, following internal procedures. - Resolve travel-related issues in collaboration with the Travel Management Company. - Stay updated on travel industry regulations and maintain high service standards. **Requirements**: - Minimum **2 years of experience in a similar role**; proficient in GDS (e.g., Amadeus). - Skilled in **Microsoft Office**and online booking tools. - Strong understanding of **business travel processes**. - ** Customer-focused**, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. - Able to **multitask**and perform well under pressure. - Excellent communication skills in **English; Spanish required**, German is a plus.
