**Wat je bij ons doet**:
Als Sales Development Representative ben je verantwoordelijk voor de introductie van onze salaris
- en HR-diensten bij potentiële klanten.
- Je gaat proactief op zoek naar nieuwe kansen en vindt en beheert potentiële klanten.
- Je maakt segmentplannen en volgt deze op, waarbij je de potentiële klant gaandeweg begeleidt naar een van je salescollega’s.
- Je marketingcollega's leveren je allerlei soorten target lists, waarmee je direct van start kunt. Ook voorzien zij je van de inhoudelijke input om je gesprekken goed te kunnen voeren.

**Jouw team**:
Je maakt onderdeel uit van het marketingteam, dat bestaat uit 1 andere SDR, 1 dataspecialist en 4 marketeers. Je werkt met elkaar actief samen, waarbij je voorzien wordt van input door je collega's. Je staat in nauw contact met je salescollega's en je hebt regelmatig contact met je internationale collega's, de SDR's in andere SD Worx landen, om ideëen en best practices uit te wisselen.

**Wat we van je vragen**:

- Afgeronde Bachelor in de richting van commerciële economie, marketing of vergelijkbaar.
- Enige ervaring met sales of marketing, bijvoorbeeld tijdens stage.
- Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
- Creatieve en assertieve aanpak met vooral heldere communicatie. Of je nu belt, mailt of een bericht schrijft voor op de socials.
- Het behalen van targets, zie je als een uitdaging.

Bovenal ben je jezelf en deel je je ideeën om deze vervolgens in de praktijk uit te voeren.
