Formarás parte de nuestro equipo de Customer Service Nespresso Profesional y atenderás las llamadas de nuestros clientes dando respuesta a sus necesidades.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Atenderás las llamadas y contactos digitales de clientes.
- Darás respuesta a las necesidades de los clientes, resolverás dudas y les proporcionarás la correcta información, según los procedimientos marcados.
- Tramitarás las gestiones administrativas derivadas de cada contacto.
- Realizarás el seguimiento de las averías y gestiones con taller.
- Tramitarás los datos de cliente de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes y políticas de empresa (GDPR, Compliance, etc.).

Ofrecemos la siguiente jornada:
40 h/s en horario de 10:30h a 19h de lunes a viernes (80% en remoto).
