**¿Quieres trabajar como Customer Service Agent en DABA?**

Formarás parte de nuestro equipo de Customer Service y atenderás las llamadas de nuestros clientes dando respuesta a sus necesidades.

**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**
- Atenderás las llamadas de los/las clientes/as.
- Darás respuesta a las necesidades de los/las clientes/as, resolverás dudas y les proporcionarás la correcta información, según los procedimientos marcados
- Realizar pedidos y tracking de los mismos
- Abrir partes de averías y tracking de los mismos
- Gestionar todo relacionado con los datos de facturación y condiciones contractuales de los clientes
- Resolver incidencias y coordinar con los dptos. correspondientes
- Tramitarás los datos de cliente de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes y políticas de empresa (GDPR, Compliance, etc.)
- Realizar campañas outbound de venta, recuperación de activos, encuesta, servicios o similares según estrategia de negocio
- Realizar soporte administrativo a la fuerza comercial y servicio técnico en tareas de back-office y post-venta como la realización de inventarios, informes o similares

**Ofrecemos la siguiente jornada**:
40h/s en horario de 10.30 a 19.00 de lunes a viernes y un sábado rotativo cada mes y medio (80% en remoto).
