**Description**

SRG Global Liria is looking for a **Logistics Analyst.**

**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Arrange and transmit cargo orders to the carriers for the supply of the parts, based on the customer demands.
- Inform the customer about supply incidences.
- Control and analysis of customer demands.
- Analysis of forecast sales vs actual sales.
- Daily contact to customer inquiries.
- Negotiation and management of special transports.
- Management of end-of-series and obsolete products.
- Report to the Logistics manager of incidents that could impact the customer service.
- Inform the production planners of variation or breaches of the client's program.
- Control the assigned customer performance rating.
- Information to the commercial department of incidents that could impact the commercial relationship with the customer
- Manage the order of empty packages to meet their supply requirements.
- Control of the stock balance of client containers.
- Management the customer logistic claims and the rental fees for empty packaging.

**The Experience You Will Bring**:**
Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field required.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferable in the automotive sector
- Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. German is a plus.
