Business & Data Analyst Intern - Finance DepartmentAbout the jobWe are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or Statistics who is interested in completing a training internship in our Finance Department.At Stannah, we are an international company with over 150 years of history, recognized globally for our commitment to accessibility and innovation in mobility solutions such as stairlifts and elevators. Our Spanish subsidiary is based in Badalona, from where we serve the entire national territory through a wide technical and commercial network.This internship is an ideal opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a multidisciplinary and agile environment, with a strong focus on process digitalization, data analysis, and strategic decision support.Key Responsibilities:Digitalization & ERP:· Support the implementation and optimization of workflows across purchasing, finance, production, and logistics· Clean and standardize master data (products, customers, suppliers)· Contribute to the automation and validation of workflows within the ERPData Analysis & Power BI:· Build dashboards to monitor key financial and operational KPIs· Automate data extraction and visualization· Validate data quality for effective decision-makingSQL & Database Management:· Write SQL queries to extract and structure data from the ERP· Improve access to data for recurring reporting needs· Support the creation of scripts for automation and reconciliationFinance & Controlling:· Assist in monthly closings and bank reconciliations· Support the preparation of reports (P&L, margin analysis, payment tracking)· Provide analytical input for cross-functional efficiency projectsReporting & Decision Support:· Automate internal reports and develop tools for leadership teams· Enhance reporting systems across purchasing, sales, and operations· Create ad-hoc templates based on departmental needsWhat We're Looking For· Current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, or a related field· A university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) is required· Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Intermediate English proficiency is a plus· Interest in ERP systems, finance, and data-driven decision-making· Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Excel is a plus· Curious, analytical, and eager to learnIntership Details:Duration: January – September 2026Schedule: 6 hours per day, flexible start between 8:00 and 10:00Location: Stannah Spain – BadalonaEligible for university credit
