Mission of this role: Carry out financial analysis, market studies and investment feasibility, providing support to the Strategy and Business Development department.

This is what we expect from you:

M&A Analyst will work with different valuation methodologies and financial models to analyze M&A projects.

M&A Analyst will also assist in financial due diligence procedures, produce regular market updates and benchmark analysis across Logista’s different business lines, and help write relevant presentation materials for the Strategy and Business Development department.

M&A Analyst will deliver high quality and accurate work, demonstrating and developing a strong technical skillset.

Experience:

- 1–2 years of experience in a similar type of role
- Relevant University Degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics…)
- English spoken and written C1/C2

Desirable:

- Double degree in Business and Law
- Master in Finance
- French and/or Italian
