This contributes to a robust and highly skilled data analyst community.Your key responsibilities:As aBusiness Data Analyst, you will:Engage proactively with business areasto understand their business goals, financial services and products,to generate accurate data-driven business analyses and recommendations. Analyze product trendsto increase sales conversion, reduce product attrition, improve digital funnels, and support commercial campaigns. This involves identifying key performance indicators, monitoring product performance, and suggesting actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and customer experience. Conduct customer analysesto determine customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, and forecast customer development. This includes using analytical techniques to identify patterns and trends in customer data, enabling the business to tailor its marketing and retention strategies effectively. Support and advise the business on reporting needsand other analytical requirements. This entails collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting metrics, coordinate the development of comprehensive dashboards to ensure data-driven business monitoring and decision-making.Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with your Data Analyst teammates tofoster a robust and highly skilled data analyst community. Sharing best practices, participating in knowledge-sharing sessions, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you? Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or other degree with strong analytical content. Full proficiency in Excel, SAS and SQL At least 5 years of experience in a comparable role, transforming data to extract key business insights. Experience in retail banking is highly recommended. Your communication skills enable you to work together with many different parties throughout our organization.
