We are a leading cannabis brand based in Barcelona, at the forefront of innovation in the industry. As we continue to grow our brand locally and globally, we are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to spearhead our online marketing initiatives and enhance our digital presence.

The Social Media Manager will play a critical role in shaping our digital narrative, driving engagement through compelling content, and building our brand identity across various social media platforms. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of social media marketing and a proven ability to produce captivating digital content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with our company's goals and market dynamics.
- Create and curate engaging content, including photos and videos, to foster brand loyalty and increase visibility.
- Monitor analytics to gauge the effectiveness of content and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive social media presence.
- Keep abreast of new social media trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in social media management, particularly in niche or regulated markets.
- Strong capability in creating original digital content, including photography and videography.
- Excellent proficiency in English, with superb communication skills.
- Flexible approach to a hybrid working arrangement.
- Creative and strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within social media marketing.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: 8.00€ - 13.00€ per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
