GoodNews was born in Barcelona in September 2020 (Covid-19), with the purpose of bringing back good vibes and reinventing traditional newsstands as meeting points. Since then, we have managed to bring our Good Vibes to more than 30 establishments, more than 2,000 homes and more than 100 offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris and Amsterdam.

Our mission is to lead the coffee and functional beverage revolution in Europe, inspiring an optimistic, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle. We’re looking for a **Social Media Manager** with a strategic mindset, creative drive, and strong storytelling skills. Someone who can shape the brand’s digital voice and presence, leading **content ideation, strategy, and execution** across all social media channels.

**TASKS TO BE PERFORMED**
- Develop and implement the **global social media strategy** aligned with brand objectives.
- Serve as the **primary copywriter** and tone-of-voice guardian for all brand communications.
- Conceptualize and execute **creative content ideas** that strengthen brand positioning and community engagement.
- Act as part of the brand’s presence on social media — whether behind or in front of the camera — bringing authenticity and personality to the content.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with design, communication, and marketing teams to ensure coherence across all channels.

**WHO ARE YOU**
- ** Native or proficiency level in English** (written and spoken).
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in social media strategy and management.
- Strong **copywriting and storytelling** skills.
- Strategic yet creative mindset with a strong sense of visual and cultural awareness.
- Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Nice to Have:_
- Confidence and comfort appearing on camera or creating personal-style content.
- Passion for trends, creativity, and building genuine online communities.
