Estamos contratando: Social Media Manager en Noor Coffee En NOOR COFFEE , una marca en pleno crecimiento dentro del specialty coffee, buscamos un/a Social Media Manager con experiencia, creatividad y visión estratégica para llevar nuestra presencia digital al siguiente nivel. Responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de contenido en Instagram, TikTok y Facebook. Crear, grabar y editar contenido (foto + vídeo) con alto nivel de calidad. Gestionar el calendario editorial y asegurar una publicación constante. Monitorizar y responder a la comunidad en redes. Coordinarte con los equipos de marketing, operaciones y tiendas para campañas, lanzamientos y acciones especiales. Analizar rendimiento y proponer mejoras para aumentar alcance y engagement. Gestionar colaboraciones, influencers y partnerships. Requisitos 2–3 años de experiencia en Social Media, preferiblemente en hospitality, retail o lifestyle. Muy buena edición de imagen y vídeo (Reels, TikTok, contenido dinámico). Nivel alto de español e inglés. Plus : Nivel de portugués. Plus : Experiencia gestionando campañas de Meta Ads y/o Google Ads. Buen gusto por el diseño y sensibilidad estética. Capacidad de organización, autonomía y actitud proactiva. Portfolio o ejemplos de contenido imprescindible.
