**Position Overview**:
As the Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events that resonate with our target audience. These events will be both physical and virtual, designed to engage our community, increase brand awareness, and position us as a leader in the cannabis industry. Your role will also involve collaborating with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective promotional strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning & Execution**: Organize and manage events from concept to completion, including pop-ups, product launches, workshops, networking events, and online webinars.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as the face of our brand during events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for attendees.
- **Partnership Development**: Identify and collaborate with local influencers, businesses, and industry leaders to co-host events and expand our reach.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track event performance and provide insights on attendance, engagement, and ROI to refine future strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably within the cannabis industry or a related field.
- **Marketing Knowledge**: Strong understanding of marketing principles, with a proven ability to integrate events into broader marketing strategies.
- **Networking Skills**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and partners.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: A creative mindset with a passion for designing unique, memorable experiences.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong project management abilities with a keen eye for detail and a talent for multitasking.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for events.
