**The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and trading desks
- Develop leads and build the pipeline
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan
- Assess potential business deals through RFP response and gain commitment
- Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization
- Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales
- Grow accounts to 'whale status' within your account list
- Form preferred partnerships with agency clients
**Desired Skills and Attributes**
- Baseline understanding of digital advertising, DSP's, programmatic, and general sales process
- Proven track record of sales/upselling success, achieving goals, managing to a number
- Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
- Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively
- Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic
- A keen interest in the automotive and ad-tech industry
**Education Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree
**Experience Requirement**
- 3-5 years in digital, media, or ad tech sales
