CIC energiGUNE is looking for a person for the position of Administrative Accountant within the Economic-Financial Area.

The person will join a very dynamic structure and his/her responsibility will be to work in the administration tasks of the area.

**Functions**
- General administration tasks related to the Economic-Financial area.
- Invoice management.
- Support in the process of funding/grants justification.
- Support in purchase and order management:

- Dealing and management of suppliers.
- Placing and follow-up of orders.
- Tasks related to foreign trade: customs management, tariffs, VAT treatment.
- Control of subcontractors (Coordination of PRL documents).

**DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTITUTION**:
CIC energiGUNE is a research center specialized in energy, electrochemical storage (batteries and supercapacitors), thermal energy solutions and hydrogen, a member of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance
- BRTA and a strategic initiative of the Basque Government. CIC energiGUNE is a reference in knowledge transfer and was created in 2011 to generate fundamental excellence knowledge useful for the Basque business network.

CIC energiGUNE has a dynamic research team of more than 100 researchers and is extremely well equipped with a wide range of up-to-date facilities that are fully available to all the research community. In 2019, the European Commission has awarded CIC energiGUNE with the ´HR Excellence in Research´ label, which reflects the center´s commitment to implement fair and transparent recruitment and appraisal practices, and certifies its salutary work environment.
- Training in administration, business administration or similar experience.
- Experience in accounting and invoicing. At least 2-3 years working in administration department.
- Knowledge and experience with an ERP (preferably NAVISION), Excel and other management tools.
- High level of English (C1 or similar).
- Organization and planning skills
