As The Stoke Brands Co continues to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a Junior Accountant to support our dynamic finance team. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the smooth running of all accounting operations across our subsidiaries—Stoke Travel Co, Stoke Threads Co, and Yes-Trip. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within an organization that’s scaling fast. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, where every number tells a story, and every story shapes our future.YOU WILL...Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivableSupport with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoringHelp prepare financial reports, statements, and budgetsMaintain accurate records of financial transactionsLiaise with customers, agents, and vendors to resolve billing issuesAssist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentationProvide administrative support to the Financial Controller and broader management teamHelp manage relationships with external financial advisers and auditorsContribute to improving financial processes and controlsSupport with office administrative tasks related to finance, including utilities and billing managementIf interested and available, there may be opportunities to take on on-site accounting responsibilities at festivals, depending on workload and logistics.To Apply:Email your resume over to Coco@stoketravel.com
