**The Role**
In this highly visible and strategic Services leadership role, you will be responsible for creating the implementation approach for Veeva Link for Key Accounts in Europe.
Link for Key Accounts offers real-time intelligence on key accounts. It provides rich intelligence about major health systems, including their profiles, most important people and activities.
You will play an active role in managing and supporting customers and use that knowledge to build a blueprint for future customer implementations and customer support strategy for your team.
You will be independently responsible for building a team of successful project managers. These project managers will be in client-facing roles managing the successful implementation of Link for Key Accounts with our customers with EU presence.
You will be laser-focused on customer success and building scalable processes that ensure an efficient and effective roll out of our software and data services. You will be an effective people manager with excellent managerial experience and have the flexibility and autonomy to make the right strategic decisions. **What You’ll Do**
- Define the optimal process of implementation for Link for Key Accounts in Europe. This includes activities such as: Defining customers’ KPIs, Managing processes for customer feedback, Support creating standardized and efficient approaches to rapid roll-out, Managing data privacy & compliance workflows with support from our legal team, Drive a change management process for end users
- You will communicate that knowledge to your team and guide them how to be effective project managers as they take on the end-to-end management of individual companies
- Drive and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders to support medical and commercial teams
- Be the go-to expert for all services questions regarding Link for Key Accounts in Europe
- Run effective career development plans for you team, providing actionable and appropriate feedback
- Deploy methods to quantify the value that your team will bring to the customer
- Be accountable for the services success of your team
- Action administrative tasks such as approving your team’s billable time with customers and building high-level collateral describing the value of the team
- Make decisions on staffing and allocation to address the project pipeline
**Requirements**:
- At least 7 years’ experience in a pharma or healthcare consulting environment
- Experience in managing, structuring, and successfully executing complex projects including change management
- Detailed knowledge of the operational structure and roles in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with structure of Key Accounts and its importance in healthcare
- Knowledge of key stakeholders at pharmaceutical companies
- Leadership experience, including line management and hiring experience
- Confidence with managing senior stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability and comfort in building a team and processes from scratch
- Comfort and confidence in setting your own strategy and direction and being responsible for the success of your team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel
- Talent and desire for customer-facing activities
