**Sr. Channel Account Manager**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute successful partner strategy to drive new streams of Plume revenue
- Collaborate with Plume Marketing to generate qualified leads and drive partner revenue growth
- Create territory strategy with the direct sales team in order to work in partnership on target accounts
- Train partners on Plume's product, processes and effective sales techniques
- Coordinate partner access to Sales Engineering, Field Marketing and overlay resources as needed
- Expertise understanding regions and partners within relevant territories
- Manage accurate pipeline / forecast by partnering with the direct sales team and addressing any channel conflict
- Cultivate ongoing account trust and commitment, ensuring partner satisfaction while delivering additional revenue opportunities

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 10+ years building partner programs and the proven ability to independently manage, develop and scale new partner relationships
- Track record of successfully driving partner activity leading to large pipelines and channel quota achievement
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
- Exceptional presentation and relationship management skills including executive level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing startup environment
- Willingness to travel an average of 25%
- BA/BS or equivalent
