Service Point Associate

**Your tasks**
- Co-manage daily operations at the service point- Assist team leader with administrative duties as needed- Contribute to monthly sales and delivery goals- Ensure top-notch and on-brand customer experiences- Oversee and facilitate vehicle deliveries and returns- Assist with test drives of our Lynk & Co 01 model**Who are you?**
- Previous automotive industry experience or a strong interest is preferred- Understand the impact of individual performance on the business as a whole- Attentive to detail with a focus on maintaining on-brand presentation- A people-person with excellent empathy and engagement skills- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English- Service-oriented, and flexible- Possess a valid driver's license- Live in/around Madrid or willing to move to the area**Working for Lynk & Co**
