**¿Qué funciones llevarás a cabo como VP Of Technology?**
- Definir la hoja de ruta tecnológica alineada con los objetivos de negocio, garantizando la escalabilidad, estabilidad y seguridad de la infraestructura tecnológica, así como optimizar el rendimiento, la automatización y la eficiencia operativa.
- Diseñar arquitecturas basadas en Shopify (eCommerce), Ruby on Rails (backend) y servicios cloud.
- Implementar y gestionar herramientas internas y coordinar integraciones mediante APIs y microservicios, así como coordinar el desarrollo de herramientas internas para mejorar la eficiencia operativa del negocio.
- Diseñar e implementar una estrategia transversal de IA aplicada al negocio, automatización y optimizando procesos internos.
- Explorar la integración de modelos de Machine Learning en procesos clave..
- Evaluar constantemente nuevas soluciones y frameworks para mantener la innovación en IA y GenAI dentro del stack tecnológico de la compañía
- Diseñar soluciones de Big Data y BI usando BigQuery y Power BI.
- Coordinar el desarrollo de dashboards estratégicos orientados a ventas, marketing, logística y customer experience.
- Asegurar la calidad, gobernanza y seguridad de los datos.
- Implementar estrategias de seguridad IT para proteger datos, alineadas con GDPR, PCI DSS y mejores prácticas.
- Gestionar auditorías de seguridad, análisis de vulnerabilidades y estrategias de mitigación
- Liderar la estrategia de Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP o Azure).
- Supervisar el soporte IT y promover herramientas que potencien la productividad interna.

**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?❣️**

**Formación**:

- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Data Science o afines. Valorable Máster en Big Data, IA, Cloud o Transformación Digital.

**Experiência**:

- 3-4 años en posiciones similares liderando equipos IT.
- Experiência en eCommerce y retail físico.
- Dominio de Shopify, Ruby on Rails, BigQuery, Power BI y arquitecturas cloud.
- Experiência aplicando inteligencia artificial a procesos reales de negocio.

**Habilidades**:

- Liderazgo estratégico y visión de futuro tecnológico.
- Capacidad para aterrizar iniciativas de IA y ML en proyectos de alto impacto.
- Toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Comunicación efectiva con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos. Cultura agile y fuerte foco en innovación.

**Idiomas**:

- Español e inglés avanzado. Otros idiomas serán un plus.
