As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Advisor, you will offer remote assistance and information to clients in your own language. You will be responsible for customer questions within a set period of time.

Your day to day at work
- Provide first class customer satisfaction at all times
- Perform outbound contacts
- Log call details onto call tracking systems and perform call follow ups according to procedures
- Support customers ensuring correct presentation of the brands in all interactions
- Provide feedback to team leaders regarding new solutions, potential escalations or service issues in order to find solutions in cooperation with other areas of the company
- Enrich and localize database from new incoming contacts
