Job description:
Do you speak (Norwegian) native and advanced English? Do you have customer service experience? Then this job offer is perfect for you

Job responsibilities:

- Most importantly, always ensuring a high level of customer service.

ervice assistance:

- 80% native calls + 20% English calls

Schedule:
Split shift: 09:00-20:00 / 39H
- All breaks are included and paid.

Contract information:

- Fixed term contract: 2 + 2 + Permanent.
- 1 month probation period included in first contract.
- Hired since day 1 of training, therefore training is paid

**Requisitos**:
Job requirements:

- Written and oral fluency in ENGLISH + native language (norwegian)
- A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality with a positive, motivated mindset that will help to deal with some tricky customer problems.
- An open mind to changing priorities and business processes.
- Intermediate IT skills

A desire to work in a team-based, fast-paced, international environment where you will embrace different cultures, nationalities, and languages.

Important:

- Availability to work from home and the office when required
- You receive one desk computer with 1 or 2 screens (depending on your space) and best to connect with network cable.

**Salary**: 23.730,07 €/year
