Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative for Booking 5 days ago – Be among the first 25 applicants. This range is provided by TP. Base pay range €22,249 gross/year (38.5 h/week, full‑time contract Monday–Sunday with 2 days off per week) Job Responsibilities Understand and identify customer needs as a customer support advisor for Booking. Listen, respond, and mediate between international travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring a high level of customer service. Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements via email and phone, following established processes. Requirements Norwegian C2 level and English C1 level (or higher). Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills. Computer‑savvy (Office 365, CRM database, and other internal platforms). A problem‑solving, solution‑driven mindset. Positive, motivated mindset for dealing with tricky customer issues. Goal‑oriented work approach. Open to changing priorities and business processes. Affinity with accommodation platforms. Experience in customer service or contact‑center environments is valued.
