INTECAT ISTORE es una empresa de ámbito nacional certificada como Apple Premium Reseller y especializada en soluciones IT integrales para profesionales, centros educativos y usuarios independientes.

INTECAT precisa incorporar para su tienda de IBIZA a un/a Store Manager para gestionar el punto de venta dentro de los parámetros de exigencia determinados por la compañía, tanto a nível comercial como organizativo, consiguiendo así maximizar la satisfacción de los clientes y la rentabilidad de la tienda.

Principales funciones:

- Crear y liderar a un equipo formado por personas únicas que consiguen que la experiência del cliente sea siempre positiva, ya venga a descubrir, a comprar o a recibir asistencia.
- Inspirar y transmitir al equipo la visión de la compañía contagiando entusiasmo por los productos, lanzamientos, programas e iniciativas de la marca, potenciando así la fidelización de los clientes y las ventas.
- Gestionar el stock en tienda y almacén, controlar la imagen y presencia del producto en la tienda y supervisar el visual merchandising.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de los KPI’s e indicadores de venta para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos por el área manager.
- Ser el enlace entre la central y el equipo de tienda, siendo el responsable de la comunicación de las indicaciones de cualquier índole marcadas por la compañía.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados: -Ciclo formativo de grado medio (preferentemente en administración y/o tecnología) -Mínimo 2 años de experiência en puestos similares -Inglés B2 (se valorarán conocimientos de otros idiomas) -Pasión por la tecnología y los productos de Apple -Orientación a resultados -Trabajo en equipo -Empatía y escucha activa -Resolución de problemas -Orientación al aprendizaje y a la mejora continua -Planificación y organización -Flexibilidad horaria
