You’ll work with **unexpected yet wearable lingerie, swimwear & ready-to-wear pieces** **the latest fitting & shopping technologies**, and a **team as bold as the brand itself**.

As an assistant manager for our **store in Ibiza**, you will play a key role in providing support to the Boutique Manager and sales team. Your mission? Representing the company in a professional manner and striving to achieve the best results. You’ll enhance the company’s profile through excellent customer service initiatives and achieve your monthly and yearly targets.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating with the Store Manager to exceed sales targets and individual KPIs, driving team performance.
- Monitoring and analyzing figures daily to ensure seamless boutique operations, including completing essential paperwork.
- Inspiring and coaching the team to unlock their full potential, delivering exceptional results.
- Assisting with staff training, stock management, and financial reporting to optimize efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and boutique security.
- Creating memorable client experiences by delivering outstanding service and nurturing lasting relationships.
- Managing boutique operations, from visual merchandising to inventory control, ensuring the space reflects the brand’s excellence.
- Your profile_
- Experience in retail management, ideally within luxury or fashion sectors.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for client engagement.
- Creative, solution-oriented, and committed to enhancing both team and client experiences.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is a bonus).
