**DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO**:
Como Director, serás responsable del éxito de la Galería y una pieza clave en el éxito de uno o más puntos de venta.
Tus principales tareas serán las siguientes:
- Estarás a cargo del equipo de ventas de la galería para ofrecer una experiência de cliente inolvidable a nuestros visitantes
- Serás responsable del mantenimiento y conservación de la galería (limpieza, existencias, seguridad);
- Gestionar los horarios y la distribución de las tareas diarias;
- Generar y presentar informes sobre los resultados de ventas y productividad;
- Participar en la formación inicial y continua del personal
**Requisitos**:
- Orientación a resultados y conocimiento de KPIs
- Experiência en gestión de equipos
- Experiência en ventas y atención al cliente
- Fluidez en español/inglés y se valorará un tercer idioma
- Experiência en ventas y atención al cliente
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Capacidad para realizar varias tareas, organizar y priorizar el trabajo
- Proactividad y autonomía
- Voluntad de participar en un proyecto ambicioso.
**TIPO DE CONTRATO**:
- Contrato a tiempo completo de marzo a octubre
**REMUNERACIÓN Y BENEFICIOS**:
- Salario: en función de la experiência
- Plan de comisiones sobre la venta generada
