**What we offer**:
Fixed salary: €17,000 - €25,000 gross/year (depending on experience).
Attractive commissions: Start at 1% and boost your commission to 3% once you exceed your targets (average deal size 3,000€), with uncapped commissions - the more you sell, the more you earn.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and grow B2B software sales in the jewelry industry.
Begin with prospecting and lead qualification; progress into demos, negotiations, and closing.
Build strong, long-term relationships with jewelry retailers, manufacturers, and professionals.
Occasionally represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and industry events worldwide.
Collaborate with our marketing and technical teams to ensure customer success.
**Requirements**:
Proven motivation to work in B2B software sales (experience is a plus).
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
