Maintenance Mechanic Iv

Performs routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s) including physical building(s), process, and support equipment.** Responsibilities**-
-- Perform corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare and document corrective maintenance reports.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks.
- Prepare preventive maintenance reports in accordance with defined procedures.
- Participate in defining spare parts requirements and ensure proper declaration of their usage (active involvement in spare parts management).
- Provide technical support and training to the production team and other departments as required.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the improvement and updating of maintenance documentation, procedures, and preventive maintenance plans.
- Execute action plans aimed at improving equipment and tooling availability.
- Ensure compliance with 5S+1 standards within maintenance workshops and production areas, and ensure proper care of tools and equipment.
- Participate in and support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and processes.
- Ensure versatility by updating and adapting skills in the versatility matrix as required.
- Comply with and implement TE Connectivity standards and requirements, including:

- Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and customer-specific requirements
- Environmental Management System (DIN EN ISO 14001)
- Occupational Health and Safety standards (OHSAS 18001)
- Carry out any special tasks assigned based on experience and level of expertise in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure full compliance with legal requirements and internal company rules.

2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial environment within a maintenance function.
