**Service technician (M/F/d) Spain - Excavator**

**Your tasks**:

- As a service technician, you will carry out repairs and maintenance on excavator
- Assembly and commissioning of machines
- Processing incoming service enquiries such as faults, complaints and warranties from our international customers
- Working out technical solutions after intensive fault analysis of the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems of the machine
- Prioritisation and coordination of incoming requests
- If necessary, repair on the customer's construction sites
- Inspection to ensure compliance with our safety and quality standards
- Documentation of customer procedures
**Your qualifications**:

- Completed training in agricultural and construction machinery technology or as a mechatronics technician, industrial electronics technician, industrial mechanic or similar
- Relevant professional experience is advantageous (e.g. assembly, equipment testing or service of comparable machines / equipment / vehicles)
- Fluent English, ideally Spanish
- A high level of customer orientation and good communication skills
- A high sense of responsibility and quality as well as an independent way of working
- Flexibility to react quickly to customer requests
- Willingness to travel regionally and if needed internationally and a class B driving licence
