Trilingual Purchasing Manager and Sales Assistant

We specialize in high-end lighting and construction. Active for more than 20 years throughout Switzerland, we are recognized for the quality of our products and services and wish to develop our activities in the Balearic Islands as a first step by establishing ourselves in Ibiza and at a later stage in other regions of Spain. Our strenghts are the advice and the follow-up of business, from the conception of plans to the realization of projects. The person who will be hired for the position below will work in home office for a few months, until our first office is set up in Ibiza.
In order to ensure the management and follow-up of purchases as well as administrative support for sales, we are looking for a:
**Trilingual Purchasing Manager and Sales Assistant at 80-100%**
**(English - Spanish - French)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow-up of orders and production
- Product development
- Transport management
- Follow-up of defective products
- Quality control
- Optimization of inventory management
- Administrative support for sales
**Requirements**:
- Fluently trilingual
- Higher education in the field of purchasing
- 3 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Conscientious and autonomous person
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good ability to manage stress
